I am a single mother who has two sons with Cystic Fibrosis. My son Ben, 15, was at Texas Children's Hospital with a lung infection. I had prayed that God would show me I was not alone. I was tired and feeling lonely, when two ladies approached me by our room with a big smile and said you have been selected as a recipient of Emma's Hugs!! My son said, "Mom see we are not alone. God is taking care of us!!" Thank you for all you do for patients and parents who deal with the high cost of hospital stays. We are so grateful for this generous gift!!

My daughter, Kristen, was diagnosed with Sanfilippo Syndrome in January of 2004. Sanfilippo is a terminal illness. In May 2013 she was admitted, for the second time in a month, to Texas Children's Hospital to have a feeding tube placed. We received the parking token on our second visit. When my spirits were down, it was heartwarming to know that there are people in this world whose mission is to bring some light into our darkness. Thank you for all that you do to bring a ray if sunshine into the hospitals. We have since paid it forward. We have given the token to another family and also helped another monetarily to pay for meals. We don't realize how small acts of kindness can effect people, until we become the recipient of one. Thank you and may God abundantly bless you.

Thank you to everyone involved in supplying cancer patients with parking coins. Just knowing that you have helped us with that expense is a real blessing. My mother received one and we appreciate it more than you know. God bless you all!

Our little girl, Elizabeth, was born 15 weeks prematurely at 1lb. 4oz in January 2013, and was in Children's Memorial Herman NICU for a little over three months. During the few weeks we received a parking chip and are very grateful for the help that you have given us and all the other families that you help. Elizabeth is doing really well now despite the challenging start to her life, and that is in no small part to the help that everyone gave us to make sure that we could spend as much time with her as possible whilst she was in the NICU.
